Somatic Practices

to reconnect with ourselves

And Find the Space Within

And then there is the most dangerous risk of all – the risk of spending your life not doing what you want on the bet that you can buy yourself the freedom to do it later.

Randy Komisar

I mainly became aware of how much I was stuck in my head after years of questionning “what do I really want to do in life” and never finding an answer. things began to change when I stopped looking for answers up there only.

Our body holds a lot of wisdom and intelligence, if we give it the opportunity to “speak”.

The body has its own language, that we learn by observation. We may not get words, but we get a sense.

I never knew what I wanted to “do”, I still do not have a label for it, but I got to know how I wanted to live and that is shaping the life I’m living now.

Through breathwork, gentle movement and embodied presence, my intention is to help you cultivate the kind of inner space where clarity can emerge naturally, and where fear begins to soften.

And from this place, making changes you want in your life becomes easier.

There are two ways we can practice together

Group Sessions — short online practices to cultivate a regular rhythm of reconnecting with the body.

One-to-One Sessions — individual guidance tailored to your needs and questions.

…just an internet connection 🙂

These practices are for anyone who feels the need to slow down, reconnect with themselves, or create a little more space in everyday life. No previous experience is needed.

Where this Practice comes from

The therapeutic field has been part of my life for over 15 years. My practice is informed by both lived experience and formal training in the below:

  • Yoga (Yoga Alliance)
  • Mindfulness (Yoga Renew)
  • Breathwork (Yoga Body)
  • Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga (Embody Lab)
  • Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy (Embody Lab)

I’m here to offer tools—but more importantly, I’m here to hold space for your own unfolding.

About me practice with sophie
