Reconnecting to the body through breath, movement, and stillness.
Most of us are caught in a rhythm not our own—wired but tired, disconnected from our bodies, trying to keep pace with a world that never pauses. In that state, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves.
Through breathwork, gentle movement, and embodied presence, I offer space for you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what is already inside you.
Whether you’re looking for grounding tools or seeking a more meaningful shift, these practices can become part of your own toolkit—for regulation, resilience, and reconnection.
And from this place, making changes you want in your life becomes easier.
And then there is the most dangerous risk of all – the risk of spending your life not doing what you want on the bet that you can buy yourself the freedom to do it later.

Ways to Work Together
Goup Sessions are here for us to connect together and move gently. Those sessions are founded on Yoga with a strong emphasis on breathing and mindfulness. Those help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and maintain our overall health.
Pausing to feel what’s really here can be powerful—and sometimes vulnerable. This one-on-one space is about being gently accompanied. We listen to the body’s signals with breath, movement, mindfulness, and curiosity.
Sessions are one hour long and are held in person in Mosta or online. I usually recommend to start with four sessions. The first two sessions are typically about building body awarness and resourcing. Understanding the pattern of tensions held in our body. The last two, we start to titrate in area that may need attention and release.
Each session is tailored to what you need in the moment. I hold the space and guide you — you do the work that only you can do.
About Me
I’ve spent the past ten years navigating healing from both the top down (through therapy and study) and the bottom up (through somatic practice). There is never just one thing, just one tool. The journey is to learn what we can use and when.
I hold certifications in:
- Yoga (Yoga Alliance)
- Mindfulness (Yoga Renew)
- Breathwork (Yoga Body)
- Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga (Embody Lab)
- Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy (Embody Lab)
I’m here to offer tools—but more importantly, I’m here to hold space for your own unfolding.

Practices have been around for thousands of years, science has tried to understand them with its own language. What we can do, is not trusting blindly one or another, nor agreeing or disagreeing, but mostly trying to honestly experimenting and experiencing with our own knowledge and felt sense.
